FWCS, the brainchild of Krishna Tiwari, was established in 2012\/13 with the aim of\u00a0<\/span>conserving nature as the basis for restoration of ecological balance, sustainable\u00a0<\/span>management of natural resources (specifically forests & wildlife habitats), and the\u00a0<\/span>promotion of sustainable and equitable development.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With a specific focus on Sanjay Gandhi National Park (SGNP) in Mumbai, and its iconic\u00a0<\/span>leopard population, FWCS is determined to work with local communities to ensure\u00a0<\/span>the protection and integrity of this vital green space and the threatened species that\u00a0<\/span>call it home.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
